Their professionalism is lacking to say the least. I had to reschedule my appointment because one of their technicians was out sick. On the rescheduled appointment date, I received a call that they would be late for the appointment and said it would be another 30 minutes. I called them back after an hour and they were very unapologetic for being late and said it would be another twenty minutes. I called their office to complain and was completely dismissed. I will no longer be using their service going forward.

Said they had a 30 day warranty on service call. I asked them to come back back out to give me some temperatures so I could try and find out what was wrong with my HVAC. They said no. I paid 81 dollars the guy was here for 15 minutes. I’m a 100% Disabled Veteran and could have used the help. I don’t recommend this company because they’ll just deem your system bad without all the information.

I have a service contract with Graham. They are wonderful about reminding me when i need to do my summer and winter check up on the system. They arrive promptly and do a thorough check up, One of the things i do like is they don’t try to persuade me to unnecessary things to my system, i have experienced this with other companies and therefore switched to Graham 4 years go.
