Took my car here for an oil change, and when paying had some trouble with my bank. After just moving here they keep flagging my card as fraud and declining all transactions. Alexander came up to me and took care of my oil change as long as I promised to always come there for my oils change from now on. I am forever grateful for his act of kindness and will absolutely be coming here from now on and will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know. It is a wonderful feeling to know there are still kind hearted people in the world. Thank you Alexander! You rock!

Total shit. I made an appointment online for an oil change and full vehicle inspection and when I showed up they had no record of my appointment, but assured me I’d be the next car in. A guy other than the one helping me said you’re the Yaris? They are notorious for going bad. I was like really that’s what you say to customers? Fast forward an hour same guy tells me I need a new battery. Fine. The last time I had it changed was here at this location. But guess what? There’s no record of that either. Then he says my battery is not theirs. It is theirs. I paid $ 95. Now it’s $ 136 with a side of being ripped off. Oh and he also said don’t bother with online appointments because they never get them on time. No one knows what’s going on here. I’ve made appointments all the time and were always honored. I’m not coming back.

Happy with the work, but ticked off at the damage they caused. I’m from out of town and noticed my alignment wasnt right so I decided to get it fixes before my long drive back to Chicago. Got my car back with all work done as requested only to find out they scratched up my driver side window. Now I’m facing a repair that cost more than the one I came in for. When I pointed it out to one of the employees, he said that I must have hit something. That’s funny, because I was thinking he must have hit something. I know the scratch wasnt there before, but how can I prove it? Screwed. Not recommended.
