I had mixed results here over the years. Some Service Advisors will just complete the requested work, and some will give you a laundry list of repairs that «need» to be done, costing a fortune.
My big problem came when the a/​c on my car went out. The dealer quoted me $ 1900 for an OEM a/​c. Ocellos quoted me $ 1700. I went with Ocellos and it was a BIG mistake. Obviously it wasn’t an OEM a/​c and my car never got cool enough again. When I brought it back the Service Advisor said «well it’s really hot outside». I said” it’s Florida you dummy of course it’s hot outside.” He told me to «give it time» which was just his way of getting rid of me. I won’t return.

I found these guys through my Money Mailer app. Truth be told I wouldnt have known about them since they are located in Tamarac and I’m in south Palm Beach county. My car needed 4 new tires, front brake pads with rotor resurfacing, and an oil change. After completing extensive research, I found the tires I wanted and called owner John for a quote. His price was $ 50 less including mounting and balancing than it would have been if I ordered from Tire Rack and had an authorized retailer install them. Moreover, because I purchased the tires from Ocello’s, I get free tire rotation for life AND… AND… free alignments for the life of the tires!!! All that and John and Joe and staff were kind, courteous, and absolute professionals. Before beginning the work needed, they completed a full inspection and reported to me the same exact items that needed attention as a local Kia dealer discovered during a diagnostic, but John quoted the parts and labor for hundreds less. For example, my front driver’s side axle needs replacing; Kia dealer: $ 1060.00 Ocellos -$ 335.00. Now that my friends is integrity. I liked their service and value so much that I made them my personal mechanics to keep my hooptie on the road and driving great even though they are not down the street. You really owe it to yourself to check these guys out. They are outstanding.

Went for a quote for front brakes and new rotors with a coupon. so with my discount of $ 129 to bring it down to the $ 90 coupon my quote was $ 348.00, without the coupon that’s what $ 480 Napa sells the parts for $ 120 so what ocellos is quoting me $ 348 for labor and parts…

I do not enjoy giving anyone a bad review, but after my experience, I feel compelled to let people know about this place. I went there around midday on a Saturday for an oil change, this was my first time (and definitely last). I spoke to the woman in the front counter and requested an oil change. She took my keys and told me that my car would be ready in 2 hours. Twenty minutes after leaving my car I got a call from the same woman telling me that they were too busy and would not be able to do the oil change for me. How long does an oil change really take? If you are going to lie to me, it is wise to get your story straight first. I say this because just before dropping my car off, I had asked a mechanic if it was okay to leave my car and he said yes. I guess the mechanic I spoke to working on the cars would have no clue as to know if he was busy or not. Awful way to do business.

I am updating this review because I respect that the owner took the time to address my concerns and that shows great service. 3 stars, They did a good job on my car and it was done in a timely fashion.
