Mitch was fabulous! Same day service, and very honest. Another repair person came in and told me it was a major issue and would be very expensive to fix. Mitch came in and diagnosed it with a minor problem, was able to fix it same day AND SAVED ME A TON OF MONEY! Great to know there are still businesses with excellent customer service and honest!

My Sony was not working and Geek Squad couldn’t come out for a week. Pam and Mitch came to the rescue. Pam took my call and Mitch was at my house within 2 hours of the call. The tv was fixed and back on the wall less than 48 hours after I called them (which was 5 days before Geek Squad was going to even show up). Awesome experience.

On a scale from 1– 10 I would rate my experience a 10 !! I called M. Stransky TV repair on 11÷4÷2014 and schedule an appointment for 11÷5÷2014 at 7:00am. He arrived on time and quickly took my TV, by midday my TV was repaired. The pricing was fair and I’m very satisfied with the service. I would recommend them to anyone in need of TV repair.
