If I could figure out how to do a 3 ½ star review it would be more accurate. For starters,(I realize this is not Giant Eagles fault) the parking lot has a really weird & dangerous entrance. So be on your A game upon entering because I almost got hit pulling in & while I was leaving. But my lack of enthusiastic stars is due to the store itself, I used self check-out so I can’t fairly rate the staffs customer service. However, this is a very dated store compared to the more up-to-date Market Districts of even their Stow location so variety is limited to some degree. On a positive note,(again compared to Stow or Solon) the salads in the deli actually looked fresh instead of dried out or visually unappealing. Yet the annoying flying gnats that were regurgitating on my dreams of a fresh maple doughnut was a downer. As for organic, other than a small section of produce there wasn’t much to find. The same goes for their Gluten-free selection(which is much pricer than Seven Grains which is across the street). And they definitely didn’t have enough cashiers or self check-outs to accommodate the large crowd… just needs a little face lift is all.
