I asked for my laundry to be done by Monday at 9am (I dropped it off Friday AM) so I could be at the airport for a 10am. Not only was not ready by then, but they wrote the wrong time down so they argued they weren’t at fault. I was up north without my winter coat. When I came to pick it up, he argued with me & refused to refund part of my bill. I said it was impossible for me to have told him 10 because that’s when my flight was. Go to Shamrock. It’s cheaper and their customer service is great. My laundry is done the next day. I only tried this place because it’s so close to my house. NEVER AGAIN. I wish ½ a star was an option

Good service, good prices, the item was a little late, 1 hour later than promised, no big deal though, they got it done at a good price, I will be back for all my work!
