Anytime I have to walk into these stores I’m not happy. So sucks to be them. But I hate all these people that are trying to sell me crap but are no help when the crap fails. They have no additional information about the equipment and just want to me to a costly upgrade as a means to «solve» my issue. If I’m not interested in making a purchase, then they move you over to a long line. You wait for another ditzy face that has no clue how to help. Every since the location moved out of Governor Square they have been lacking.
I moved to AT&T…same sh*t different company :-(

Visited this store yesterday with a few questions. Was greeted by a saleswoman who cheerfully answered my questions (though several of her answers were rather unclear). Talked to her for about ten minutes. She then proceeded to inform me that to get any real help, I needed to sign in to the computer. Well, four other customers had walked in behind me while I was wasting time talking to her, so if I bothered to sign in it would have been another ten minutes of wasted time. Thanks, but I’d rather do my business online.
