For those who love TCBY soft serve, beware! My wife adores TCBY, and on my way downtown I stopped in to pick us up a couple of sweet treats. When it was my turn to order, I asked for two chocolate soft serves and was told they «were out.» This was at 3:00 on a Monday.
Undeterred later that week I stopped in for a second time. On this visit I learned the truth from the owner. She informed me that two out of three of their soft serve machines are broken and cannot be repaired. She was at a loss at what to do and apologized.
From the broken machines to the sound system (h/​t Daniel P.) this place looks to be on life support. Those searching for froyo should skip TCBY (at least until they get their machines fixed).

I’m sorry to see that there are no reviews for this TCBY yet. It was closed for a period of time and then reopened last year (maybe the year before — they all bunch up together…).
TCBY is your basic «old-​school» yogurt joint. With the new trend of self-​serve (i.e., pay out the nose) frozen yogurt shops, it’s no wonder that the likes of TCBY sees diminished traffic.
This one here is always staffed by pleasant and upbeat people. Often, it appears as though staffing is bare-​bones because the one clerk often handles the drive-​through and the walk-​ins.
This is what Yogurt shops were 20 years ago. It’s a more relaxed pace. It’s even old-​fashioned in many respects.
