I saw the same doctor for the last ten plus years before moving to Tallahassee. Since there’s a doctor shortage, it’s VERY difficult to get appointments here. TPCA not only fit me in at a time that worked with my schedule, they set me up with a great doctor, Stacia Groll. She’s extremely knowledgeable on more than just general care and offered more than most doctors would (pamphlets, things to look up for general health etc).
If you go there, I recommend her.

I like these labs for blood testing and they are the only ones that offer flumist but… I am disappointed in their philosophy as I learn more about the group. One of their drs referred me as my primary, but when I arrived and told them that I had switched to a CHP primary, they told me that their lab only served their doctors and that they would love to perform the $ 200 test on me but CHP would not pay for it. I had the wrong insurance company! «So sorry, be gone»…never mind that I traveled across town and took time from work. Of course, after checking with CHP I found out that was not true. The rep told me that it is TPCA policy to only serve their doctors… they really should let their staff know that it is not nice to bash a competitive health provider with lies while inconveniencing the patient with your own philosophy. I am really starting to wonder about this whole group… first, bad treatment by one of their doctors and now dismissal from their lab! What is up with this place? Not a good way to win over customers!
