The service here is horrible, ordered a drink and the staff was having a hard time figuring out how to make it and charge me. They blamed it on me and said its a communication error from me ! first rule of thumb, listen to the customers needs. I been ordering the same drink for 3 months at other Starbucks and when I ordered at this one, suddenly a «communication error ». White people have a way of using this excuse when your not within their race, defiantly discrimination there and not to mention the other staff was in the window area laughing which seemed to egg the situation on and generate more insensitivity to getting my order corrected . Advice: retrain your staff on cultural sensitivity, going beyond to assist customers, respect, discrimination laws, the Starbucks drinks and CUSTOMERSERVICEINGENERAL. It is close to campus. Sometimes I feel tired about school, I come here. Drinks here are better than those in campus Starbucks.

This is one of the newest Starbucks in town. They’ve done a great job of adding lots of seating for a small place. Tennessee St was desperate for another Starbucks, seeing as they only had one and it’s across from Florida State. For the most part, this is your typical Starbucks. Got some different style seating options and a very long drive thru. Lots of seats in the middle of the room, so if you need a outlet, your options are limited. Spacious outdoor seating as well which is nice. Might be the most outdoor seating of any Starbucks in Tallahassee.

Usual Starbucks offerings. Parking is not so easy here though. It’s busy during mornings and after lunch so best to just drive through to get your fix or come early perhaps so you can find a parking spot?

I love this location. Baristas have always been fantastic. Pleasant attitudes and good service. What else do you need?

Bottom line — my Flat White today was perfect. On to the review… The early weekday morning vibe is solidly undergraduate with a bit of grad and recently departed to fill in. Tables, high tops and lounge chairs offer varied comfort options. This SB and the new Magnolia store are the only two TLH clover-unit stores. For the coffee snob, a cup is de rigeur. I think it’s a cool technology but coffee has never heralded itself to me, a decades-long adherent of the humble Bialetti Moka Express. Music is what we expect across all 12,000 U.S. stores — perhaps all 21,000+ stores globally. It’s «Starbucks» genre. Dare I say«coffeehouse music». Cool and background. Reasons I stop by: 1. Unparalleled and expansive view of W. Tennessee & Copeland. For those making a buck from their creativity, this location offers great fodder with much to see outside. From west to east, the panoramic vista from inside starts with the harried adjunct rushing into Target Copy to pick up classroom packets — then to the unwitting driver, lulled into the Mike’s Beer Barn gas pumps(where one can depend on a fixed $ 2.99 per gallon(elsewhere in town today, pay $ 2.07…)) about to get a proper«Tennessee & Copeland Fleecing»(TCF)) — and most easterly, to Sarap(our new Filipino addition to the growing ethnostaurant scene). 2. Comfortable scene inside, aplenty with stock characters from central casting(the«‘safe’ first-date over coffee» couple, the«angst-charged, nicotine-stained brooder in the corner» guy, the«cramming for the Franz Wright colloquium exam» trio, the goofy«comic relief set to include gaping jaws while watching Vimeo releases» people, etc. 3. To provide an alibi. (Just seeing if you’re reading).

Love me some Starbucks all day every day! Morgan at this location made my experience impeccable. I did not know what a Starbucks card nor what I wanted and she took the time to explain everything in full detail. If you do not have a Starbucks card you need to get one because first off it’s free and it’s like a point system for Baristas like myself. I ordered the Grande Chai Tea Latte(iced) and forgot it comes with 2% milk instead of skim milk that I love endlessly. Morgan did not even question my facial expression and corrected it immediately, plus let me keep the wrong. However, the kind person that I am I went ahead and gave it to my close friend who came with me. Thank you so much, Morgan!!! There was a very good amount of people inside the store using the great WiFI Starbucks provides for business users, average computer user, or college student. Plenty of seating inside and outside this specific location. I love the variety of coffee, teas, desserts, sandwiches, and other neat things Starbucks provides for any consumer. I hope if you are reading this you will enjoy this location as much as I do. «Happy Unilocaling»

I was so in need of caffeine that I stopped into a Starbucks coffee. I asked the nice young lady at the counter what was the weakest coffee that you had. With a look of mass confusion she told me this weird named stuff. Ok I’ll take one with some sugar. Well I got it and run for the door. My coffee was pretty bad to me that is. Way too strong and bitter again to me. Next time I might have to bring coffee from home.

Staff is awesome. They have a new hi-tech coffee maker that makes a perfect cup. Good selection of sandwiches and pastries. Highly recommended.
