My friend and I have gone to this store multiple times because he always has trouble dealing with his phone because he’s an international student and doesn’t have a SSN. Every time we come here we are taken care of, and leave laughing. Ciara and James are two of the absolute legends that work there, and will go above and beyond for helping you out. We love this place.

After calling sprint customer care and getting nowhere with a phone issue I was having, it was a breath of fresh air to get some immediately help and my issue solved. John the Tech is the person I dealt with and he was awesome help me out with no problems.
