I’ve been here maybe 4 times including today. I’ve been happy with my food until tonight. My wings had little to no sauce on them. My personal pizzas didn’t appear to be «just made» even though I ordered in the restaurant and waited for it. I’m just disappointed.

For a Big Pizza chain, Hungry Howie’s is at that perfect nexus of cost and taste. Better than Little Caesar’s — cheaper than Pizza Hut and Papa John’s. Gotta love that Butter Cheese crust. This particular location is the only one relatively close to where I live. The workers have been friendly enough and my pizza is always ready when I arrive. Hard to beat $ 5 for a large pepperoni. Also, LOVE the cheesy bread. I have never had delivery from here, as I am far too impatient to wait 45 minutes to an hour when it’s a 10 minute drive to the restaurant, but I can definitely say that, for chain pizza, this is a great choice if affordability is a concern.

I got two of these sandwiches today. They are huge and will last a couple of days actually. I was expecting a submarine type sandwich but they are more along the lines of a calzone. I got the meatball sandwich, the chicken mozerella, and some breadsticks. The meatball sandwich was pretty good. It was chock full o meatballs and they were quite tasty. The chicken sandwich lacked in flavor kind of and was just okay. The breadsticks were fine. Just your basic breadsticks. The food is extremely greasy and heavy and i felt gross after eating it but i guess most pizza food is like that. I would never go back here. If you are into calzones you would probably like this place but its just not my type of thing. I like their little logo though. Its really cute.

Pizza is super-cheap cost-wise but this is reflected in the taste. Decent pizza, does not reheat well at all.
