Bottom line: — I’ve never had anything other than great service here — no exaggeration. This CVS(my CVS) deserves an update — and I must say that I’m sorry to see a handful of one-stars. I just don’t get that at all. I’m sorry to see that one of the reviewers(Manit) got such bad service(Incidentally, Manit — if you’re reading this — I agree with you — I think Mayuri IS the best Indian in town!)(with regards to the other one-star, I dismiss it as pretty suspicious myself…). In any case — I just left here, and perhaps it’s because I’m a frequent visitor here, but I never get a whiff of anything resembly poor service here. I just don’t. And, for that matter, I don’t see others in the store getting poor service either. So, way to go, Team CVS at Magnolia and Parkway! — Woohoo! ;)

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been in. Every time I have gone in to get a prescription filled or to be picked up, there are at least 3 or 4 pharmacists that just stare at you while you practically have to beg for help. The wait is beyond ridiculous; don’t tell a customer that the wait will be 15 minutes when it is instead 45 minutes. I, along with other customers, don’t have an hour to sit around and wait; I also had to constantly ask to see if my prescription was ready even though no one announced it.

Probably worst CVS store I have ever been… stood 10 minutes in consulting line, there were 6 pharmacist and no one bothered telling me they will help me soon or something. I think the head pharmacist kept on looking at me and ignored me, finally i walked away.
