Capital City Collision Center

I recently had a great experience with Capital City Collision Center. Someone rear-​ended me pretty hard, and from the reviews I read online, I decided to go with CCCC.
First off, they are extremely polite, from the staff in the office to all of the body shop people and mechanics in the garage. Grade A customer service. Dan and Scott are very nice and really helpful and care about getting you back in your ride as soon as possible with the best results.
I’m a car-​guy, so I couldn’t help but bug the mechanics and body shop guys with questions about some of the stuff that they had going on in the shop. They always politely answered my questions and it didn’t bother them at all.
The quality of work was great. My truck is from the 90’s with a bunch of steel, and they made it look better than it was before I was involved in the accident. Also, after upon receiving my car, something went wrong with my rear window that afternoon. I simply returned it to them the next week during my lunch break and they had it fixed in no time (thanks Nate!!). Everything that goes into repairing a damaged vehicle is truly an art, and these guys have the skills and experiences to make a masterpiece.
