The food is good and consistent. I always get, beef and broccoli, sweet & sour pork and general Tsao chicken. Perfect place for quick Chinese good, the order is always ready with in 5 – 10 minutes. The lady speaks fast and waste no time taking your order but it is easy to understand her and she is friendly.
I will be coming here for my Chinese food.

Good food, not so friendly service.

This is one of only two places here in town that my wife and I go to for Chinese food. The restaurant is clean and the food is good. They have online ordering so it is ready when you arrive. We have never had any issues at this place.

The wife of the owner is incredibly rude and a complete moron for not treating her customers with respect. You think it would be common sense to not be such a biotch. I feel bad for the husband because he is really nice. The food itself is sub-​par and inconsistent. On some days, the fried rice might have a nice aroma but on other days, it’s completely lacking in flavor. All in all, this might be one of the better take-​out places in Tallahassee, but that’s not saying much. Do yourself a favor and go to Ming Tree or Bamboo House.

You can call it in, but it takes virtually no time to make it, so I order on location and walk over to either Publix or Panera for whatever else I need.

The here food is generally barely acceptable. Like they’re not even trying. We tried it once and weren’t impressed. Gave it another shot and were similarly displeased. From then in, my boyfriend refused to go. I’m usually more forgiving than he is so I figured I’d give it one last shot. No dice. It’s really sad, too, because it’s so close to us. I’m not giving it a one star rating mainly because, while the food did suck, it’s not like it gave us food poisoning or anything.

So I ordered the chef special orange chicken meal with white rice, and a few other meals for my family. They were all mildly impressed by the taste of the food but thought it seemed not too fresh. My meal tasted pretty good but the chicken on top was dry and colder. They packed me a lot of chicken but didn’t seem freshly made. The rice was great. But they also didn’t give us our rolls or fortune cookies and that’s the best parts of the meal. Won’t be my first choice to go back to when looking for «ok» Chinese food in tally.

So I picked up dinner on the way home. Mu Shu pork for hubby and Schwann beef for me, hot and sour soup, and egg rolls. The egg rolls were crispy but with more dough than I’d like. The hot and sour soup had great tofu and veggies. Not the best I’ve ever had but good for takeout food. Hubby said Mu Shu was flavorful and the serving was huge!

Want some yummy cheap Chinese take out? This place accomplishes fulfilling those cravings and the price was very reasonable considering the amount of food I received. I can’t say this place stand outs food quality-​wise from any other chinese take out restaurants but if I’m ever in Tallahassee again and get the craving I’d come back here. Hoping for PF Changs quality? This is not your place so don’t bother.

This place was very mediocre. You got quite a bit of food for the price, but the food was extremely average.

Pretty good Chinese take out place. I’ve only been here once, but the food was good and portions were really big. One dinner special is enough for dinner and lunch the next day. I love how there are specials so I can have a couple different things without paying a ton (it’s $ 8ish for the dinner special). I got chicken lo mein, and there was a lot of chicken in it and it was good, it also comes with pork fried rice and a pork eggroll (which was really good).

This was our favorite place for Chinese when we lived in Tallahassee! The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. We have always been satisfied with the quality of food. My favorite item on the menu is #1 Walnut Chicken.

Just moved to the area so this is the first chinese restaurant I’ve had and it was sufficient for my evening crazing. I tried the House Chow Mei Fun and for $ 9 it was a nice bang for your buck. Slightly under-​seasoned for my taste but if you don’t like your noodles overly saucy then you’ll enjoy it.
Bottom line:
Pretty good, will continue to keep looking for other chinese restaurants but if I’m in the area I’ll stop in again.

This is a great spot for an afternoon lunch. The lunch menu is affordable and also delicious.

Knowledge of where to find the best Chinese takeout is a necessity for anyone involved in managing apartment communities. In addition to being able to quickly sort through (and discard) the tons of menus that restaurants leave on people’s doors, it’s also important because people turn to their leasing office for advice on where to eat when they move to a new city.
With that said, I don’t think I can award this place as the best in the area… I can say they’re better than «okay.» I don’t know if that description is even helpful, but it’s the best I can do after sampling the beef fried rice and egg rolls.
The large portion is pretty big and my entire order was less than $ 10. Ready in about 15 minutes, so order here and then walk over to the liquor store to blow some time.
