I always buy my iPhone at the Apple Store because of the high level of customer service you receive over there, but I was forced to go to AT&T because of the plan I have.
I was the only one in the store, so no other customers waiting. Temetia helped me and she was kind of rude. She kept speaking over me, not letting me finish my sentences or listening to me. Even though there was no one in the store, she seemed like she was in a rush. Wasn’t very helpful with providing all my options. Luckily, I’m pretty knowledgeable about technology and the AT&T plans so I had to suggest everything on my own.
Overall, bad experience with Temetia. There was one representative in the store that got a customer while I was there and he seemed pretty nice.
Would NOT recommend visiting this store.
