I tried several times to no avail to get a live person on the phone to make my first appointment. I finally left a message and the phone call was returned at *her earliest convenience. The appointment itself was fine. I got a good mani/pedi, but it is definitely not a spa environment, so if you want pampering or a calm, quiet atmosphere, this is not the place for you. That’s not particularly important for me and I was happy with the price and the quality of the mani/pedi, I decided to try it again. I made the appointment a week in advance. When I arrived, I was curtly told that she had no record of my appointment. No apology. She made it seem as though I was at fault! Poor customer service does not build a business.
