Do. Not. Live. Here. I moved out yesterday after a year and am so glad to be out. Our things (toilet, microwave, ect.) were broken for months on end without any response to our multiple maintenance requests. It was constantly loud and constant bug problems no matter what we did (fleas & roaches). They also are currently trying to tell us that our utility bill has been $ 400 for the past two months. We have no idea how has half of our roommates were not even living there.
Even with their new management (they are now Aqua Cove) it is a dirty and terribly run apartment complex.
