Love living here. It’s a great, family-​oriented community, full of either young families or graduate students/​young professionals. Very quiet, immaculate grounds, quick response from maintenance for issues, and super approachable office staff & management who handle any issues quickly & kindly. The buildings are sturdy and the walls aren’t terribly thin; the apartments are spacious, clean, and reasonably priced. Pet-​friendly too, and no absurd pet rent per month! I don’t understand why other apartment complexes can’t get it together. I’ve had horrible experiences elsewhere, and Alexan Southwood is honestly a refreshing change.
