These guys are outstanding! Doug was very helpful when I called desperately with a dead AC. Knowing nothing, I appreciated that he didn’t explain things over my head or try to sell me what I didn’t need. He pointed out what he was working on, and told me why. He showed me a fuse and explained what to look for if it blew again. He had it up and running again fast!
If you find yourself with AC problems, call Air Service first. We will absolutely call Doug again for any future work, and I’ll be telling all my friends to go to them, too! Thank you, Doug at Air Service! You rock!

So on a hot and humid Sunday afternoon I realize the AC in my house is not cooling. OMFG what am I gonna do now. I call up Air Solutions (totally expecting the we are out of the office leave your name and …) I got a REAL person. Since it was a female voice (yes I am gonna be sexist here) I thought it would be some answering service. To my surprise it was the office manager, Amanda. I told her my ac was not working and she went over a couple of basic DYI fixes with me. When that did not work she explained how their service system worked and they would be happy to come out and check my AC that afternoon but since it was after hours it would cost more, which is expected. She then offered me an alternative solution. She had a loaner unit we could put in the bedroom and use until our main unit was repaired. I accepted this and she offered to bring it to me free of charge. I could not put her out like that as we live in the boondocks. I went into town and she met me at her office and gave me the loaner. It was not some bulky window unit that would take 3 men and a boy to install. It was a very manageable inside unit that just had to be vented through a window. We survived that night and their technician was out the next day to diagnose the problem. He was awesome and was able to get my unit running that day but said they had to order a part to do a full repair. They were out the next day and did the final repairs on my unit. Now I can set my ac to 65 and my house gets to 65 again. Thank you Amanda and Air Solutions. Highly recommend you to my friends and family!!!
