Food alway fresh and hot, but sometimes they dont always have all the items on the menu. which can be very frustrating at times… Fast service for thd most part.

I pass this address several times a week. I rarely go inside since there is always a line. The first time I entered the store, it was crowded so I left. When hubby was with me 15 minutes later, I returned. After waiting 10 minutes, several customers in line were comparing their experience. A customer ahead of me said that she had already spoken to a manager who was not showing a sense of urgency. He was busy training someone in the drive thru window and could not multi-​task. So we left. The store was clean.

Horrible customer service. Cashier told me she couldn’t give a complementary water cup with the worse attitude, at first I thought she was kidding but when I saw her ask my husband what he wanted I asked «are you serious» and she replied «2 dollars if you want a cup» we left immediately.

It’s Popeyes… what do you expect? I must say that this Popeyes is clean and they care about their chicken. I’ve seen them throw chicken away because it sat under the heat lamps for too long. I’m a regular so I’m always greeted with a cheerful demeanor from the staff. The food is always tasty and hot. The only thing I would stay away from is the fries since they don’t sit under a heat lamp and in a stainless steel tub for God knows how long.

This place sucks. The chicken is either watery or horribly bland. Fried chicken is delicious, how the hell do you mess it up? These guys have found a way. The other problem is that most people say this is one the best ones in the area…
The fries are ok, but normally they are served soggy.

Nice employees & good service. The only problem I have is they’re always running out of SOMETHING… Or you have to wait a while for it.
Spicy chicken, a specific piece of chicken, cinnamon apple pies & here’s the killer. JELLY!!! Out of all things JELLY!!! Like how is that really? Tonight will probably be my last night ordering food from this Popeyes. Unless they can get it together & become more organized & stocked up.

Doesn’t close until midnight, employees have somewhat of a smile on their face when they greet you at the drive-​thru window, no surcharge for using your credit card… This is my go-​to Popeye’s even though there’s one or two locations that are closer to me.
