The food here is standard and basic, but our options were limited to boat-in restuarants. My burger was really dry, but the homemade potato chips held me out. I’m not sure why they call this«high end dining.» The restaurant is very casual and all condiments and water are self-serve. I thought it was nice of them to have an attendant on deck to help tie the boats down. Boat parking can be tough on a crowded day. The views are gorgeous and there’s also a private beach. Just make sure you don’t bring any alcohol on the beach. The lifeguards are pretty strict. Right next to the restaurant is the Chambers Landing Bar, which apparently is the oldest bar on Lake Tahoe. You’ll see a much younger crowd and tons of Chambers punches.

Super basic beach side bar and restaurant, Not cheap but huge pulled pork sandwich was excellent as was pizza according to my teenagers who know a thing or two about good food. A weird place, property implied high end dining, NOT what you will get. But I would go back.

Rich Brown is an Urban Legend. Keeps staff in tippy top shape. Knows how to navigate through a dense forest with only a jackhammer and a hand full of nails. Food is what you expect. Don’t expect something that isn’t worth expecting.

The service here was appalling. The food is basic at best and vastly overpriced. Two young servers spilled an entire hamburger plate on my friends lap staining her white dress, proceeding to laugh hysterically and then just walk away. When we alerted management to the situation they hardly gave us the time of day and proposed that we get ourself some water from the communal water jug(which was empty) to clean up the stain, offering no consolation whatsoever. I would give this place a zero star rating if I could…

Every year I went to chambers to see Laddie. He was the sweetest, hardest working man I’ve met. Unfortunately the new bosses don’t think an able handicapped man can still work. His shifts were taken away from him. And was fired shortly after. Shame on you Rick Brown. Help those less fortunate will bring happiness to you Rick. and the customers who have know Laddie for years!

One of my new faves in Tahoe! Chamber’s Landing’s bar is on a dock on the lake, and I’m not sure if there is food out there. I ate at the restaurant on the beach. The restaurant has a million dollar view, too! The food is simple, but decent. It’s a small menu with a couple burgers and sandwiches. I had a pretty good pulled pork sandwich. You order at one window, grab your own table, and then have to go order any drinks from the bar. I can imagine that might be a bit of a hassle when it’s crowded, but we didn’t mind. We had a blast having lunch on the lake! I’ll be back to hang out at the Chamber’s Landing Bar next summer!

This place has some of the best views of the lake. You can sit at the bar and enjoy the view, and chat with some interesting people. The food here is just a grill. Ordinary food, you can get everywhere else. But make no mistake, you eat here for the view. I always take my friends here… for a good causal lunch.

Beautiful view, great pulled pork sandwiches, friendly staff, and relaxed, laid back atmosphere, sorta like a friend’s house with staff. Love it. Also, it helped that my date is always a good dining companion.

Bartender was aweful… she never made eye contact, and obviously needed backup… pricy drinks, cool setting tho

I gave Chamber’s a three stars for the view on the lake and that is it. The bar on the dock is horrible, DONOTGETTHEPUNCH, it is the worst ever and they push this. I did not try any food so I cannot comment on that.

Had lunch here, walked over from our cabin in Homewood. Nice patio seating looking out at Lake Tahoe. For the outside(summertime) lunch you go up and order at a window and its delivered to your table. We got a hot dog and pulled pork sandwiches they come with homemade chips. All where very good. The one negative was the Chambers punch their drink specialty was horrible bland crushed ice with a hint of grapefruit and cheap tequila«yuck». Foods on the pricey side for the lake but good and nice views.

There are actually 2 facilities here. the first is Chambers Landing Restaurant(Bar and Grill). which is what you see on the website: Nice place with very friendly staff, great location, and splendid views. Have dined here twice. The second time we were staying at Squaw Creek and they called for us to make the reservation. When we got there we were given the best outdoor table and the service was perfect all night long. Even though they were busy they made a point of telling us to take our time and enjoy the views. Never rushed yet never neglected. The second facility is the little bar at the end of the pier — See Chambers Landing Bar. Overall it’s an interesting mixed crowd since the Grill is a little more upscale and the Bar at the end of the pier is more low-brow.
