We use Viking Carpet Care every time we need the carpets cleaned in our rental property. Craig and his staff are professional and efficient. After each cleaning, I am amazed at how great the old carpets look. I truly appreciate his service and recommend him to anyone in the area in need of quality carpet care.

Craig and his associate arrived on time, worked fast but thoroughly. Our house is a vacation rental and the carpets are old and horribly dirty so I couldn’t believe how good they looked when they finished. I will definitely use Viking again.

We had our carpets cleaned by Viking Carpet Care and could not believe how they were able to get stains out of the carpet in our living room. These same stains that could not be removed previously by another cleaner. Craig was most respectful of our home during the cleaning including putting our furniture back exactly where it was previously. I am in the trades myself (plumber) and I can quickly tell if an outfit are fakers or the real deal. Viking is the real deal! The other wonderful thing is they have state of the art equipment and our carpets had no odors and were dry in a couple of hours. I will only use their service in the future and highly recommend Viking Carpet Care. Craig does the job done right first time and at an affordable price. In the Truckee /​Tahoe area there is none better and that’s the truth.

Horrible. Do not hire. Damaged furniture and a wall & refused to take responsibility for it. Offered zero refund. Could care less that he lost a client. Hope that this review costs him even more business. Zero customer service!!!
