We transferred our service from another local company to Pomin’s and have been thrilled with them. Our cabin is mostly used as a rental and, since hiring them, we have had no complaints from renters. That’s a real plus in our book.

Pomin’s has serviced the spa I purchased from them for approx 7 yrs. However, after two recent missed service calls with no legitimate explanation from them, I’m considering terminating the contract. To add to their poor service, they made expensive repairs to my spa without authorization from me. Really?

Office manager is rude. Pomin’s often over-charged for services and was reluctant to correct mistakes. Service people broke into my home to find the water shutoff and set off the alarm, police were called and I had to call a friend to meet the police to evaluate the cause of the alarm. Did I say…“The office manager is RUDE”?

I purchased my hot tub from Pomin’s in 2008, they were easy to deal with and the installation was quick and well done. I used them for over 2 years for bi-monthly service and had no problems(I stopped to save money). Recently needed to order some replacement jets — they were a little slow on response(and my needs were not urgent) but very helpful with sorting out my problems and then shipping the replacement jets. If I were to buy a new hot tub I’d definitely consider buying from Pomin.

I have used Pomin’s since 2004 to service my hot tub at my Incline Village Condo. Living away for most of the year, I never worried that my hot tub was not properly maintained. Tom(my service man) has many years of experience and is honest and proficient in maintaining and repairing my hot tub. My billing was always accurate, and fairly/competitively priced. I have used Pomins Hot Tubs since 2005 and tonight, after problems with monthly service, customer service, repair, billing for 7 years, I have terminated their services. Their disorganized practices and backward accounting coupled with poor customer service over the years, pushed me over the top and I finally had to fire them. If you do business with these people, keep track of their visits, your supplies and your repairs. If you don’t you will get ripped off slowly but surely over a period of time.
