I will never go to this place again and neither should you. I can only speak for the comforter aspect of things and not the clothing but today, I went to go pick up 2 comforters. I called yesterday and they said they were ready to pick up(I had dropped them off on a Thursday and it was Monday). I called at the end of the day because they told me I would get a call when my order was finished and it should be Monday. They never called. They said things were ready and they just hadn’t «gotten around to it.» Bad customer service already. I go in today(Tuesday) to pick up my order and one of my comforters is laying out splayed all over the other folded comforters in bags! I was like«is that mine???» And they said that it «just came out of the dryer.» «You told me it was ready yesterday. That makes no sense. So. Either they lied and said it was finished when it wasn’t, or my comforter was laying exposed(and partially on the ground) for at least a day. They take it to the back to fold it and put it in the bag I brought with it and don’t even bother to zip it up. Then I go to get my other comforter which is really a $ 200 duvet and it is unrecognizable. To the point where I checked the tag id to the storage bag when I got home. It’s my duvet alright, but completely ruined and stiff. I wouldn’t pay $ 20 for that in a store, let alone the $ 200 I paid. There was also dirt all over one of the corners of the white duvet that WAS in a bags so I guess it got dirty before they protected it? Ridiculous. $ 50 for two crusty comforters. Next time, I’ll just pay $ 5 at the laundromat and do it myself.
