This company is the absolute worst. I have talked to them on the phone several times and they simply lie about rates and terms. I will never ever use them again and I will also let everyone that I know how terrible their customer service actually is. I hope that someone at their company is able to read this and be able to make some changes

I only found out about this place because they had a salesman walking through the neighborhood. Normally I don’t take soliciting, but he had a laminated paper of their products and one of them was a camera, which I knew my husband had been contemplating. So I talked with him more. It turns out they would install two cameras and connect to my existing alarm system (ADT) for free. We schedule a meeting the next day. Within 20 minutes the installer showed up and completed his work and gave us an instructional lesson. The system is great because they have an app for your phone and remote access from your computer when you are away. It offers all that ADT plus and Comcast offer, but at a much lower price. I would definitely chose them over other companies. When an alarm goes off, the system automatically starts recording so you can view it later. We couldn’t be more happier. Definitely worth looking into!
