My company buys all our trucks from this place because it’s easy and comes with a very fair price. All I have to do is walk the lot and choose which truck I want, then they call the HQ and make an offer for you — asking on a 17′ box truck was $ 11,200 and we rolled out the door for $ 9,500!
If you are looking to buy a truck, definitely visit Brent at the Uhaul resale yard.

I’ve used this location 3 times in the past 4 years, and the service is spotty at best. I’ve had great help here, with a customer service rep going out of his way to get my friends a truck at the last minute. The last experience, though, involved a very disinterested clerk who obviously didn’t care how long I stood in line to donate my moving boxes (I probably wasn’t spending money, right?). She pretty much sneered at me, then handed the boxes to another worker who had been standing outside the counter. I could have done that myself.
The good thing here is that they do accept donated boxes. The bad thing — you never know what personality will be behind the counter.

It took me a while to get around to this… But my grandma was helping family out and rented a truck. Well from the get go we were helped greatly! Long story short the family member tried to keep charging the card after the authorization of days a redhead lady helped us and made sure we were taken care of she went beyond any expectations and handled a stressful situation amazingly! There was also a young guy there with dreads (awesome btw) but he was helping us the whole time as well both of these employees made a horribly stressful situation much easier! Thank you both!
Will be coming here and referring others for any moving or storage needs in the future!

We rented a 17′ truck in-​home move here recently. I’m writing this review specifically for our customer service person, Crystal. She was great! Very friendly, helpful, and funny. She made our experience of checking out a U-​haul quick and painlessly.
Crystal was helping another customer for a second when we came back in to sign our paperwork, and the other service person who took our paperwork was too quick and seemed a bit irritated. She ended up not grabbing our second dolly request.
I know Crystal wouldn’t have forgotten, and I know we didn’t tell that other lady we needed one. So I don’t hold it against them. But when we did notice it was missing from our moving truck when we got home, we decided to stop in and get it at least for the unloading part.
When we stopped in, they let us have an extra utility dolly for nothing (as long as they made a note of it on the reservation so we didn’t take it.) I thought that was really cool too!
Thank you, Crystal, for being so upbeat and friendly with your customers. We appreciate it.
