Legit the best wireless provider for sprint in Tacoma, I have had issues that originated at the sprint store on 38^th and fife street. *never again* Quintin and Tommy assisted me fix the issues and got my bill credited for the amount that was overcharged. Thank you guys. I will only shop at this store for my needs

Went in today to change phones. A quick fix, takes maybe 2 minutes. When I first walked in there were 4 employees helping 3 customers. 2 grandmas were being helped by 2 females, and a middle aged guy was talking with who I assume to be a manager about potential phone plans. This makes me happy because that means my visit should be short and sweet. It wasn’t and I’m afraid it was age discrimination, however I cannot confirm that it was discrimination, only that it felt like it. I walk up to the front and before I get there the heavy set female asked what I needed help with. I told her I just needed to swap phones. She told me to take a seat. I pointed at quintin, a tall guy who wasn’t currently assisting anybody, however she again asked me to take a seat. I pulled out my phone and started taking notes of everything. About 15 minutes pass, the two females were still helping the 2 grandmas, the assumed to be manager was still helping the middle aged guy, and Quentin had put in an ear piece and answered a single 5 minute phone call. Now when I got angry was when Quentin (the tall gentlemen not assisting any store customers) saw another middle aged guy walk in, he came from around the desk, walked straight past me, and started helping him. I stood up and said I was here first and expect to be taken care of first. Quintin takes both of us to the desk asks the guy behind me permission to take care of me first (dude for real…) then proceeds to help me. Took him less than 2 minutes to activate my new phone and I was out the door. He turned on my new phone and although I feel that he passed me over until I confronted him about it, he did apologize for the wait. He didn’t provide a reason for the wait just a «sorry it took so long». Honestly I probably won’t go back if I can help it. No hussle, sub par customer service, basically what you expect at that salary level, but attempt to pass me over for some middle aged dude who just walked in after I had been waiting for service 15+ minutes, you can go F*** yourself.

Great clean store with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I recommend this store top everyone who has Sprint or is intrested in starting service with them.

This store changed my contract without my authorization. This is actually a crime. Do not let these guys change your contract. If you do change it, get THE ENTIRE CONTRACT in writing. Also make sure to ask them for the contact information for their corporate offices in Idaho. I have been trying to get that for a month now. The corporate phone number listed on the Better Business Bureau website for this complany is disconnected. Do not do business with Northwest Wireless!

Who needs a boyfriend when I have the guys at Sprint! I went here (today) to switch and reactivate a phone. There were some issues with the phone that I wanted to activate, but the Manager and his team were able to get it working.
I had to go to class so I left the phone there, came back and there were still issues with it – but what was really cool was that they continued to work on it – and eventually got me jumping for joy (literally).
While I was waiting, there was another woman they were helping. I left before they finished with her – which was after store hours – but they were all trying to fix the Pandora on her Blackberry… because she REALLY needed Pandora on her Blackberry. They were so helpful… and PATIENT.
Not only did I get my new smart phone (so I could Unilocal more efficiently!), they were able to help me save some money on my monthly phone bill!!!
Since I’ve been with Sprint, I’ve had to float around from store to store because I couldn’t find the right fit. Now, I know where to go to for all of my cellular and mobile phone needs.
I recommend this place. Tell ‘em Ranny sent ya. :)
