Steve is the world’s biggest butthole. Talks to you like you are a complete retard. This guy obviously doesn’t like repeat customers. He makes you feel like less than nothing.

They always have a six (6) week wait, which is bad news if you have an amplifier that is under warranty and don’t own another one you can use while you wait. You can pay for expedited service ($ 35) which seems like a scam (they will also collect money from the manufacturer for the part/​service that is under warranty). One time they forgot to reinstall a part which resulted in another trip back to their store. I will NEVER use these guys again.
