Dr. Smart is unlike any dentist/​ortho I’ve ever met before, his job is not done until you are truly happy with your teeth. I finished my invisalign YEARS ago with Dr. smart, but i recently had a retaining wire (sorry for lack of medical term) come loose. Within seconds of calling the office for the first time in years I immediately felt just as welcomed as I was during my time with invisalign. They’re so helpful and understanding and they dont nickel and dime you like other places! I’ve since referred two others here and I will continue to do so! Fine establishment.

Dr Chad Smart and his staff are a wonderful group of people who enjoy providing beautiful smiles. I came to Dr. Smart for a consultation on a referral from my dentist and was pleasantly surprised by not only the technology this office offers, but the kindness of the front office staff. They were knowledgeable in all of my questions and concerns and took the time to walk me thru the financials.
He isn’t the type of orthodontist that rushes thru a consultation and tries to feed you unnecessary treatment, but rather an orthodontist that truly cares about the expectations and wants of the patient and finding a happy medium with the type of treatment he recommends. I have not started treatment as of yet, but I highly recommend those that are seeking an orthodontists to give this office a call.

I didn’t realize I would have to sell a kidney for my eldest to get braces. But if he had to get them, I’m glad it was here.
First, Dr. Smart seems, well, smart. The first time we went to see him, he said we wouldn’t have to come back until two years later. When it was time to put the braces on, he gave us three options, explained the differences, and told us to go home and think about it. I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of us, or just get as much money as possible. I like that in an orthodontist.
His office is updated and tech savvy. While, I don’t know how important that is for actual braces application, it does make the office visits, and process seamless.
You check in at a kiosk, always in and out quick. X-​rays and prognosis high tech. Email and phone reminders, etc. For a person who forgets what she came downstairs for, these reminders are useful.
Did I mention there are always cookie? Uh… important!!!
If you want an orthodontist and office staff that are knowledgeable, up to date, not sales people, and offers cookies, this is the ortho for you.
The price also seems on par with what others are paying for similar treatments. So, it doesn’t seem you have to pay a premium for the technology or cookies. Score!!!
