The definition of average. This store is like every other Radioshack you have ever been too. I will say they do have a nice large selection of items on clearance but other items you can find with quite the large margin cheaper at other box stores. Put it this way, it’s 2014 and there cheapest blu-​ray player in the store was $ 70.00. Head to Fred Meyers for the normal stuff, head to the shack for your electronics specialist, experimenters, future scientist students who enjoy specialty items like wire crimpers that would even have Einstein baffled for all of the extras and frills it neither needs but is still pretty kick-​ass.

Jason was very helpful and knows his phones. I bought a new case and a new mouse and I’m sending my husband in to pick out his new phone because his iphone 3gs is not good enough anymore. Jason will know what will be the better phone for him.

Terrible phone knowledge. I asked about a phone that came out three weeks ago and they didn’t even know what I was talking about. Tells customers as they are walking through the door to spend their money, «Just to let you know, we are closing in ten minutes.». No, «Welcome to Radio Shack.». No wonder no one goes to Radio Shack anymore, their employees do not know anything about electronics.
