This place will double bill your card if you use Expedia or any source. I checked in with representative Anthony told him my room was already paid for on he still needed my credit card for incidentals which I understand however he still billed me $ 85.06. I waited to see if it would fall off as s temp authorization and sure enough it did not. I called the same guy back Anthony at hotel and all he could do is talk smooth and say there’s no way til I got my credit card company on phone with him. He then said he was crediting it back and what did Anthony do he charged me again. So in essence I payed 3 times for a room for one night. Needless to say I will have to wait for fraud department to file a claim but it’s really something I shouldn’t have to do. Stay away from this hotel and if it’s your only resource watch your card Anthony acts like he knows what he’s doing but he’s really an idiot!!!

Just checked in and what a disappointing start to my three night stay. As I pull in I can’t help to notice the big red signs saying cameras in use and when I was checking in saw the 16 camera monitor right on the countertop. That was my first red flag about my safety, the lobby looks great and when I ask for a room in the new building the one with the lobby, I was told those room are not open yet and I would have to stay in the other building that was totally reinvented. Needless to stay that is my second red flag that pop up in my head. Gave it a chance. Got to my room and it was not totally reinvented it was only partially done. The shower tub is not new the tile is not new and most of the cabinet work is old as well as all the electric switches. This what get me upset when owners take shortcuts to maximize profits. Could not spend the .75 for a toggle switch??? Oh the best is yet to come the toilet does not work. So I had to move my room, oh joy. My current room is worse then the last one. So I better just suck it up cause I feel the rooms only are getting worse and I need to stay here this time cause this is the stay that makes me diamond with choice hotels. Thanks Quality in for making our stay so un enjoyable

Worst hotel experience ever. We checked in at 3pm after driving from Missoula which is 9 hours away. Went to our room, there was dust everywhere, crap all over the floor, dirty toilet as well. Went to the front desk and the lady gave us a new room. Same deal. She gave us 3 different rooms to look at. They were all dirty and disgusting. The lady for night shift showed up and volunteered to walk through 6 different rooms with us and also saw and agreed they were gross. She asks the first lady if they could upgrade us and she said no and was rude. The lady for the night shift, Maydra, was the only one that was willing to help us and cared. She called the manager four times. Finally he called back and she got yelled at for checking different rooms. So she asked housekeeper to clean a room told her exactly what was gross and we left for an hour for her to do it. We come back at 5pm, and go to our room and all that was done was vacuumed. We tell maydra and she is just as furious. She called the manager and he says we are picky. And as 9pm comes around we call Travelocity and they switch us to a new hotel. Which cost us $ 69 extra. We went back to quality Inn the next morning and talk to the manager and he was downright rude saying he can’t do anything about it! The housekeeper was even giving us dirty looks and this is a brand new hotel! Luckily Travelocity took responsibility and gave us the $ 69 back. But we went through 8 rooms, spent 6 hours waiting for our room after already driving 9 hours! For a brand new hotel this is absolutely ridiculous! Won’t be surprised to see you guys closing.
