Prosser Piano & Organ

Rick and Stella at Prosser are amazing! I bought a Roland keyboard from them about 5 years ago and it’s been wonderful. Recently it had a problem, probably due to an electrical storm and stopped working. They recommended a repair store in Seattle. Although they had no obligation whatsoever they offered to take my keyboard to Seattle and return it for no charge. Above and beyond that they loaned me another very nice Roland piano to use while I waited for the part to arrive by ship from Japan. Again, at no charge. They understood how much it means to me to have a keyboard to play and very graciously took care of me. These are people who care. If you are shopping for a piano, keyboard or organ, please give Prosser your highest consideration. Thanks, Tom

I recently purchased a used acoustic piano from Prosser. The first employee who approached me, an older woman, was awful. I pointed to a piano and asked what she could tell me about it, and she responded «well its a piano» and walked away. I waited a few minutes and approach another employee Rick who I believe is a manager. He on the other hand was very helpful and I purchased a piano from him. Based on my experience with Rick, I would give them 5 stars. The delivery team was also great. I like that you can upgrade to a bigger piano within one year and they will give you full credit for the piano you purchased.

I didn’t buy a piano today, but I came in serious. This is a basic piano store but is very limited by its size.
This store only had 4 used uprights for sale, in various conditions and ages, but very fair prices. I didn’t find any winners in the limited used selection.
After browsing their new selection, I realized that there were no Baldwins, Yamahas, or Steinways.
Overall, this is a clean, friendly, and fair store, but their small size really limits their stock selection. I’d check back maybe once more before I decided on a piano, but I’m not expecting a big change.
