Plus Locksmith Tacoma

So I called around 10:40AM explaining that I locked myself out of my car with the keys in the ignition. And stupid of me, this was my second time doing so this past week. Before I called this place, I called Pop-​A-​Lock and they were there within 20 minutes and charged me $ 50 and they used what seems like a door hinge to open the window crack and «pop» the lock open.
This time, I decided to try this locksmith because I thought it would be cheaper. After the minute phone call saying that they’ll call me back within 5 minutes because they had to contact their technician, I waited for 20 minutes and finally the technician called back to confirm the address of where I was at. Note: it was a cold, rainy day like always in Tacoma. So I waited and waited around, expecting like their website said, 20 minutes.
After waiting for an HOUR, I had to call THEM back again and said I was waiting for this amount of time and they said they’ll contact their technician again. So I waited and they called after 5 minutes saying that he’s 5 minutes away. I said okay and waited for ANOTHER 20 minutes for this guy to come. While I was waiting, I even checked where their store was located and they were seriously 4 minutes away in car from where I was at.
Once he got here, he rudely honked at me and asked if I called the locksmith, and I said yeah. I mean, why else would I be standing outside of my vehicle in a cold day on that exact address. He got out of his car and said that since my cars were automatic locks, they couldn’t do what Pop-​A-​Lock did. And I was confused because Pop-​A-​Lock did it just fine. THEN they said their services were «$ 20 SERVICE CALL» AND also $ 179 to unlock the door. Out of patience, I just said I’ll call another locksmith and let them do it. But they guy said I still had to pay his service fee and I said okay, I’ll pay the service fee then. So he called some guy and had me talk to him, and I obviously said that I’ll pay their service call, I had no idea why it was such a big deal when it was the INCONVENIENCE for ME to wait upon THEIR service for SO LONG. He eventually kept lowering the price and said $ 60 but I said I couldn’t afford it because my debit card will be overdrawn but he took my debit card anyways and charged me and took my money already.
I am outraged by their terrible, terrible service. NEVER EVER go to this place as a locksmith.
