Ordered a late night pizza online with a coupon and went to pick it up, only to realize I had driven to the WRONG location!!! I started to walk away feeling like a real genius, when the guy behind the counter offered to remake what I had ordered AND honor the coupon I had used online!!! I was blown away that he was willing to go above and beyond what was required of him in an effort to make my day easier.
This location is the one I always go to and they are always awesome!!! They are friendly and effecient. Every time I order online it’s always ready on or before the time that they quote me. No it’s not gourmet, but if you’re looking for something hot, delicious, and quick, them look no further!!! 5 stars for being awesome, you guys rock!!!

Wish I could give zero stars.
Just moved to the area and had ordered pizza from this place 3 times. The first time it was decent. A little too greasy and it took 45 minutes to get to my house. The second time the dough was soooo soggy! It seemed undercooked. The third time was yesterday. I wanted dominoes but my bf called Pizza Hut instead. The estimated time was 90minutes!!! It came to my house in like an hour and 10 minutes so that was pleasant.
The pizza was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Grease all over the top and bottom of the pizza, the dough soooo soggy that as soon as I tried to pick up my pizza, it ripped right off from the crust. Their wings were delicious but were not as filling as pizza! Went to sleep hungry as I could not eat an undercooked over-​greased pile of shit!
It gets worse, my bf calls and they tell him we get a free pizza. So the next day we call over 10 times and no one picks up. So my bf drives to the store and they call him a LIAR! He shows them his phone log and they say they haven’t gotten any calls all night. I bet they unplugged the phone line to avoid orders.
ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA PLACE EVER! Located right in the most ghetto part of Tacoma too. Shame.
