I absolutely love this studio. I started with private sessions this past August, and I’ve been regularly taking group equipment and mat classes since September. Every instructor I’ve worked with has been great, although I would especially recommend Kim. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, tough(when she needs to be), and supportive – any exercise that proves too much of a challenge, she can offer an alternative for. The studio is a welcoming and friendly environment, and classes are kept small(never more than 5 to an equipment class), which allows instructors to offer continual attention/corrections to everyone. If you’re looking for a great workout in a supportive environment with friendly folks, I’d definitely recommend the Pilates Body in Old Town!
