The manager at this store is AWESOME! She is super nice and helpful. I took two cars here to be checked out before buying them. I was impressed by their ability to help me right away. They were very accommodating and worked quickly to check out the cars. Marcus was also very helpful in helping me decide which car to buy while doing the courtesy look-​over.
Later, once I bought the car, I came back for an oil change and alignment. Again, I was helped right away and spent a short while in their office getting some work done. They’ve got free wifi for customers which is also a great plus for me. I will be coming back to this Meineke whenever I can.

Going to get your car worked on is never easy, Its a long drawn out hassle and there is never just one thing wrong. I felt like the team here did an excellent job, I thought my concerns were addressed and I was actually listened to. I also felt like they helped me explore all my options instead of just presenting the most expensive. Definitely a place I will go back to. I really appreciated talking with the manager, he was very knowledgeable even dealing with as much as he had to that day.

Under new management and it would seem this guy is here to stay. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond for sure. Help me with transportation and arranging the repair on my car. Great work

This place has gotten new management in the past few months. We miss the previous manager! We had an 11am appointment and they are just getting to our car now. It’s been 90 minutes. It’s a simple oil change. Had to reschedule an appointment I had later in the day, because it’s probably going to take even more time. Cheap oil changes but not worth the 2+ hour wait.
