Absolutely love Lumpia World. I know there is one in Tacoma I need to hit up, but I typically only eat at the Washington Brewerfest food truck. It is absolutely delicious. Typically we only eat the various savory Lumpias, but one of our friends grabbed the dessert coconut one and the spam mac and cheese. Both were to die for. I definitely plan on grabbing a quick bite there in the near future.

I have a new love in life. Lumpia. Although I have nothing to compare it to, Lumpia World’s Lumpia is outta this world! So delicious! I tried the Lumpia and rice dish at the Brewer’s Festival last weekend. It came with 4 Lumpia and a side of rice, for only $ 6.50! I thought that was the best deal! My friend had the adobo. It was delicious too! Of course I couldn’t say enough great things about Lumpia World, I had to look them up to find out where I can get more! I see they are mainly based out of Tacoma, and occasionally Seattle. Bummer! Hey LW, how bout opening up a shop in the North End!!! I’ll be your best customer!

Very disappointed again Tacoma! I couldn’t find this place for the life of me! I called them to get some help and even he was useless! He didn’t seem to want to help me find it. So I gave up.

This was one of my first times trying Lumpia. I have to say I had taken an interest after passing by this food truck downtown Seattle and noticing the customers meals. I was not overly blown away with the flavors but that varies from person-to-person. Worth a try if you like egg roll style Bao rolls.

Found the Lumpia World truck at the Federal Way Home Depot a couple of weeks ago. I have been hearing a lot of good things about them, so decided to stop and get some lumpia. I was a little disappointed. I had the ginger pork, but could hardly taste any meat at all. It was more wrapper than filler. The Island Macaroni salad is really tasty though. I really liked it. It is so full of flavor, but the lumpia was a big disappointment for me.

Best food truck I’ve been to in Seattle thus far. Great food and portioning, excellent customer service/energy, and a quick serve time with decent pricing. I got the katsu with macaroni salad/rice!

I’ve had the chicken katsu with sexy rice and island mac salad, the island mac salad with spam, and the beef lumpia with sexy rice on different occasions and they were all freaking amazing! Of all the food trucks at Westlake park… this is the truck I visit the most. The people are awesome and the food is great! Totally a super fan!!!

I love Filipino food. Most of all I love good Filipino food. Thank you brothers for amazing lumpias and pancit. We’re so blessed to have you guys in Tacoma! Awesome establishment, so many good choices. We ordered ground steak. Crispy lumpia and fresh vegetable pancit. For $ 6 – 8 the combo is totally worth it and a great price. Don’t forget to pick up your complimentary sauces at the sauce bar on the end. The grocery store also has some awesome choices of beer.(Local ciders and ginger beer). I can’t wait to order a party platter for next time!

We’ve heard about lumpia world for a long time and finally made the jaunt out to Brown’s point. The location is a little odd since it’s in an IGA which is closing soon. Or changing owners or something. At any rate, the store is quite empty and many items are marked down. Lumpia World is in the deli section. We got a variety of lumpia. They were alright. They’re kind of thin with more wrapper than I usually like. I’m a person who wants more filling and less wrapper. I know, too much filling and it’s like an egg roll. But my aunt makes a mouth watering fantastic lumpia and these just didn’t hit the spot for me. The guys were nice and I’m sure most people would like these. Just not the lumpia for me. Also note, they’re served very hot and you can early burn your mouth on them.

I enjoyed all three types of Lumpia I had today. The coconut curry was my favorite but the chicken & pork were excellent too. The sweet chili dipping sauce makes a perfect complement to all three. It’s nice to have a fast fod truck downtown I’ll be back again for a quick bite.

Found their food truck tonight at the second annual RDay at the Old Rainier Brewery. They had the second largest line next to the beer line. This speaks volumes to their awesome food! I cannot get enough of their Lumpia!

This looks like the same truck that was parked outside Stoup Brewing in Ballard. I was so excited, because I had been wanting some lumpia for a long, long time. I ordered a variety of lumpia and some of their pancit. The service was fast(probably because all of their food was pre-made) and the employees were nice. I’m still a little pissed off, because I was intoxicated and forgot to put some Sriracha on my pancit. Oddly enough, I don’t think it would have improved the flavor. Everything was pretty awful. My pancit, in particular, tasted like someone had doused it with gratuitous proportions of garlic… only garlic and nothing else. It was bland and made me nauseous. I had to throw it all away. The lumpia was overcooked and fried to a crisp. They were tough and practically inedible. I would only recommend this food to those who are starving and/or drunk.

Eh? That was my reaction to their food. Lumpia was good though, the ground steak one. The pancit gets zero stars. Very bland over cooked noodles with so much cilantro and spring onion. My daughter just took one bite and was done. I tried to eat half because I was thinking I wasted almost $ 9 on this. But ended up throwing it away. The adobo was soft, but eh, ordinary and maybe instead of wow, it had more of a blah factor. I can see this food truck as more of a fusion on filipino and some other asian, so don’t compare them to traditional or authentic filipino food. For the prices they charge, you could experience better pancit and lumpia elsewhere.

I rarely eat Filipino food, so I was really excited to try out this truck. I ordered the lunch special which included pancit and 4 lumpia(2 steak and 2 ginger pork). The portion of pancit was pretty large, but had a very strong cilantro flavor that was overpowering. It also could have used more veggies and garlic. However, I enjoyed the lumpia! The ginger pork ones had a perfect hint of ginger, but I would especially recommend the steak ones. The lumpia was crispy and fresh out of the fryer — they tasted great with the chili sauce which had a nice balance of sweetness and spice. The service was pretty quick and friendly, but the prices are a little high as my pancit and lumpia were $ 8.50.

Alright this might be a biased 5 star review of Lumpia World since I’m Filipino myself, but let me just say that eating here is like getting elevated food from my relatives when I stay at my aunts over a weekend. Lumpia — Their Lumpia is as exactly as my aunts. They have several difference types, but pick pork if you want to experience ones I typically eat. Lumpias are fried to perfectly with the light crispy exterior, full cooked insides, and no browning Pancit — This is a typically noodle dish I eat everytime I go to my aunts, but what I prefer here is their perfect balance is soy sauce, lime and mix of veggies. I would say that LW’s pancit is fresher since they add the lime and green onions and dont go overboard with their soy sauce(MSG Free!) Adobo — Though not my preference here, I feel that LW modified the traditional recipe of Adobo to accomodate the masses. The Abodo has less vinegar and lime than what I’m typically used to. It has more meat which is great, but one thing I noticed was that the sauce was a little too light for my preference. Regardless, the dish was delicious and would suggest it to those that haven’t tried Adobo. LW has other pacific islander dishes that I decided to try. One in particular was the spam mac and cheese. Now Spam is a common dish I grew up with in an asian household, but what I didn’t enjoy the temp of the mac and cheese. I felt like that could have been done better, and had a bit more sauce in it. Overall — Great place to try some filipino food since its pretty uncommon in the NW. Really great traditional dishes that bound to have something for everyone. GUAPPROVED!

Stopped by for lunch on a Wednesday when they were parked at Westlake Park. Sam’s Poke truck had a long line and Lumpia World looked delicious too. I had a hard time deciding between the pancit plate or the special which was a chicken katsu combo. They were both $ 10 and it was nice because they had actual meals outside so we could see what they looked like and the portion size. I went with the chicken katsu and it was huge! It was very hearty and delicious. It was interesting because I liked the katsu better than the lumpia, but the truck is named after the lumpia. Anyway, it was worth the $ 10 because I made a second meal out of it. The mac salad was decent, and they give two scoops of rice with furikake sprinkled over. Overall, tasty and really fast to come out!

Yum! This place was so delicious. I had the lumpia meal with rice. They have 7 different types. I tried the steak and the chicken. They were out of a couple types so I will be back to try some more! I also had the rice with seaweed on top and it was so good. Of course they had 3 delicious sauces to go with the lumpia. They also have some other items on the menu like the katsu that sound really tasty. I will for sure be back again!

Unfortunately the first word that comes to mind when thinking of Lumpia World is Amazballs! I decided to go out to the trucks today and I chose to get something from Lumpia World. I tried the Sweet Potato and Banana Lumpia. Both were really good. The Sweet Potato Lumpia had a sweet potato mixture in the middle and it seemed to have a cinnamon flavor in it. I could totally be wrong but that’s what I think is in it. Regardless of what exactly is in it, it’s really good! The Banana was the other Lumpia that I ordered. It was very good as well. The middle had a light banana flavor but it seemed like the chocolate sauce over powered it. It was still super good. I will defiantly be back! I can’t wait until they come back to my work again!

Very convienient for me to come here for lunch down by Westlake Park. Good lumpias… pork is a must, actually all the meat ones are good. I tried the sweet potato one, it wasnt bad but I probably wouldnt get it again, too dessert-y for me when I eat a lumpia. Anyways, one of my go-to lunch spots!
