If Unilocal gave the option of a negative star rating this place would be at a negative 5. Customer service? What a joke. The salesman at this establishment has zero people skills. There were two particular scents I went in looking for and he proceeded to say, «sorry no samples.» He then opens up the box of cologne I ask to smell and starts sniffing the nozzle, I then ask, how am I suppose to smell a scent if I cannot get a sample?! I could tell he was getting annoyed as he reluctantly spritzed a test strip. After smelling the sample, I asked for another scent to smell and he told me, «no more samples.» I then asked for a third type of fragrance to see if he had any samples of and he said, for the third time, «no more samples.» After being shut down more than once I brought out my phone and showed him a list of ten fragrances and he took my phone, looked at it for about 1 second and said, «we have no samples for these» after this I just took my phone back and walked out
I have had bad customer service before but it’s pretty ridiculous going into a fragrance store and not being able to smell anything. You would think someone would want to make a sale and be willing to let someone test out there fragrances. I do not recommend going here because all your going to get is «no» I learned my lesson and hopefully someone will read this review and will pass over this store and go somewhere else.
