Worst customer service I have ever encountered! Stood at the layaway desk for over 5 minutes with 3 workers standing a few feet from me and not one of them aknowledged me or had at the least said that they would be with me in a moment. Then when someone finally did help me they told me I needed to go to customer service for the lease papers I was inquiring about. I get to customer service and they tell me that I need to go to the electronics section. Doesnt seem that the workers really know whats going on in that store. I passed about 10 employees in the 25 minutes I was there and only 1 of them asked if I needed any assistance.
I use to love Kmart and was very excited to be going since it is an hour away from me now, but because of the poor customer service I will not be going back. I will stick to kmart online!

Awful store. When a customer falls the correct response is not «get off my floor I need to clean my spill». No one showed or even cared as I lay on the floor. I told the Oompa Loompa of a cashier that I fell she just laughed. The manager never showed when I was one the ground hurt and embarrassed. I was just told to get up so that the store could clean. The manager was something else so rude and inappropriate. I was angry and told her in no uncertain terms that when a customer falls you need to address it not just tell me to get up. She claimed that she came running with a chair and I was gone. I stayed there for ten minutes no one came running. All that was ever said was «get off my floor I need to clean the spill.» I went all through check out and was standing in line no one looked for me as stated by the manager. No one even over headed for the customer who fell to return to the area not much was done. The manager screamed and yelled at me cause understandably I was upset. She also refused to fill out an accident report until after I threatened to sue. She just screamed I am putting in my report you walked out and refused to fill out a report. It’s all on video. I looked at her and said I am right here get the report you are the one refusing it. I then said if you don’t want to do a report I will just contact my attorney. Her tone changed she got the report and was all peaches and cream then just so that she would not get sued.
Super unprofessional store. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND THEIR SAFETY!

Big sign on building is dirty but prices are clean.

Nothing bad to say just good at the moment I found their customer service to being just ok, and only wishing that they price match. Store as far as I seen was kept in ok condition and clean.

This is a typically quiet location with a Little Caesars inside yet the food just isn’t as good as a real Little Caesars location. I’d say yes to the KMart but a big N-​O to the food there. Want Pizza there’s another Caesars down 6^th avenue. The store is fairly clean but the staff isn’t too on the ball and the registers are never a quick in and out. Its never too busy for the most part. There’s a Sonic in the parking lot!!!
