The ring is not what I ordered. I definitely did OK a wax mold. I went in your store in Kennewick around 5 times to ensure the wax was what we wanted. The ring I got was not what I approved. Again, you don’t believe me and there is nothing I can do about that. Your staff has been very responsive, but not helpful in solving this problem. David’s Unilocal response is the first time I’d heard any of those options. I was never offered re-doing the ring, nor was I offered adjusting the ring. I had actually specifically asked for both of these things and both were denied. The disagreement on what was approved is unfair because nobody in Tacoma knows what was said between Kennewick employees and I, nor do you know what the wax I approved looked like. I am upset about the store closing, I think that is clear. But David is correct in stating that stores do close sometimes and that is life, timing just happened to be very unfortunate for me. My frustration is actually centered around Kantor not caring that I got the correct custom ring. Like I previously said, it is an attractive ring, but it is not what I approved. I did, however, find another company that is going to correct the wrongs and fix this disaster for me. Now we can all move on :)

We had my fiancé’s ring customized by Michelle Kantor. Michelle was great, she kept us in the loop step by step, was very professional and thoughtful as we made our selection. As I was at my bridal shower, I brought Kantor Diamond up to a friend, it then became a topic of how many of my friends have used them for years and have always had a great experience.
