So just got home Saturday 2÷28÷15 appt. to redo what damage was done on the 25th. the styist Cheryl started out as rude, didn’t want to see the pic of what I had ask for, basically told me, what was done can not be undo, so let’s see what we can do to fix it. She told me that the few highlights that was put in my hair by Charlene, she could add a few more in, but didn’t feel the color was bad. I ponder on that for about a second and said no, I rather have a refund, she stated that they do not have give refunds, EVER. So i agree to a trim that was it. They are so lazy that don’t even come over to where the chairs are to lower them so you can safely can sit in them, prior to having your hair wash. I literally had to hop in the chair. Terrible customer service, management hiding in another room chatting with other coworkers not on the floor making sure clients are happy. If I can not stress this enough do not go to this salon. JC Penny’s needs to clean house in this salon before investing a makeover of the salon.
