I went here and brought some old wedding rings, one of which was my late Grandma’s(very precious to me) wedding ring. The man looked at each ring(very quickly) and very roughly plopped them back down on the counter as if they were pieces of tin. He did offer us a totally fair price, but we told him that we were going to one more place just to check, and he abruptly moved onto the next customer and didn’t look at us again. Not very good business!(We ended up going to Northwest Gold and Diamond in Renton and were treated wonderfully!)

I have placed a number of legitimate orders with Goldmasters that were simply not honored. They never sent me the confirmation, probably because they weren’t happy with the changes in the spot price since the order was placed. When I sent them an email complaining about this practice, they never responded. That said, when orders have been honored they sent me the goods. I’ve never paid and not received the goods. Which is the only reason they get two stars instead of one. I’m looking around for an alternative. The consensus is resounding that these people are rude, arrogant jerks.

Jerks. Period. Very rude people. When you call them they tell you to come in. When you come in they tell you to sell through the website. They give cryptic answers and treat everyone the same… poorly. There are many reviews on these guys; all pretty much the same w/a few«glowing» reviews here and there obviously planted by people affilitated with them. There is too much disparity in the reviews for the good ones to be genuine.
