This place… SMH, SMH, PFFFT
First they lowballed me on my world of Warcraft trade ins then they tried saying dragon ball z was better then Pokemon?!! Ya right, on what fairy tale made up planet are you guys from. They get 3 stars though because they let me hangout there sometimes in my cos play.

A great place. Friendly, courteous staff. They’re professional but you feel like you can still have a conversation with them. They will help you find a game no matter what. They once called and ordered a game for me from way out of the city. They don’t seem judgemental or snobby in any way.

Easily the worst Gamestop in the Tacoma area. They spend more time talking amongst themselves or preaching about the latest MMO to somebody long after the transaction typically ends to worry about getting to you in a prompt fashion. Go to another Gamestop if you can. The North End Gamestop has people who actually want you to spend your money there.
