Unfriendly staff they had the shoes that I was willing to purchase but customer service is lacking in the store would never shop there again

Very unfriendly staff. They had the exact shoes I was looking for, but the young lady working yesterday seemed more concerned with texting/​intstagram/​or Facebook than helping me out. Sorry that I almost had to tear you away from your phone! This experience is the reason why I’m only shopping online if I’m ordering from footaction from now on.

I called to ask about a pair of shoes and Sarah picked up. She understood my frustation because I had called Foot Locker (Southcenter location) before calling Footaction. Went in there a week later and she helped me find the pair of shoes I wanted. She went above and beyond to help me get the shoes I’ve been longing for. Thanks to her, I am now a happy camper. If anyone wants good service, go see the employees at Footaction. I had a good experience and will definitely go back to make future purchases even though Tacoma is a bit far from me.
It only takes a second to help someone, but Sarah did an amazing job especially with Christmas right around the corner. It was a late Christmas present, but it was better than not having the shoes at all.
