Domino’s Pizza

I was a walk in at this dominoes. I came in with my daughter and her mom. I ordered two items that took awhile. I know that are busy with other orders so I do not blame them for the long wait. It gave me time to bond with my daughter. Next time I will be prepared for the long wait.

My boyfriend and I we pretty hungry last night and I didn’t want to go out at all just lay in bed. So we ended up ordering from this place. I loved my part of the pizza pepperoni and jalapeños pizza yummy Taylor the person that made our pizza put the right amount of toppings. (Only know his name from the delivery timing thing they have very helpful indeed)

Delivery was great. Pizza sucked. Large buffalo chicken pizza on thin crust. It was a crust, onions, five smallish chunks of chicken, lots of cheap BBQ sauce. It was really an onion pizza. I hate onions — and the description didn’t say onions so I am miffed that I wasted $ 20. Oh well.

Great pizza, delivered on time! Yes, it was clear upon opening it, that the delivery dude dropped it, but no big deal, stuff happens. We will totally order this again!

I’m a regular here at this location. (4 years to be exact) Dominos have improved a lot over the years. I’ve never had any problems until now. So this past months of ordering online, I’ve been getting the wrong dipping sauce when it gets delivered to me. 6 times in a row. I even double check before paying. I let that slide many times and now, I am not gonna let that happen to me again. Even spoke to the Manager and he said he will fix it before delivering it out to me. B.S. wrong dipping sauce as usual. It is not hard to double check your orders. I mean doesn’t their bread sticks come with a side dipping sauce? I picked marinara and I got nothing! I usually pick garlic sauce for my pizza, nothing. No garlic sauce. There goes my .49 cents… it adds up. Oh, and Dominos makes the BEST yummy sweet mango habanero wings, I always ALWAYS pick BLEU cheese. And guess what I got? RANCH. BAD service here. They need to correct the orders before sending it out! Next time, I will have to send the delivery guy/​gal right back because my order wasn’t fulfilled. So please double check on ALL the ORDERS!!!

It’s only fair I give a follow-​up to my last review. Don’t get excited, they stood by the conclusion that I have to reorder the very same thing from the screw-​up in order for them to offer it free. My update is only that I finally got a refund to my credit card after going to the franchises main office and speaking to them. But it did take 4 follow-​up phone calls and 10 days. They are still o.k. with not having me as a customer any longer.

about two months ago i think i ordered pizza online and forgot that i had last ordered pizza from the shop i volunteer at, i didn’t bother to look at the address that it auto selected and just ordered my usual pizzas. about 45min later i got a call and a very confused but nice delivery guy asked if he was in the correct place. I went out side expecting to see him at a neighbors or something and when i didn’t i asked where he was at. He gave me the shops address and i cringed. I apologized and said i had made a terrible mistake and ordered from the wrong address. He said its no problem, and that it was weird that the site didn’t pick up on my actual location.
He then asked if i would like to come pick it up from their shop on pacific or if i wanted them to call the closer dominos and have the pizzas re made and then delivered. I don’t have a car so i asked for them to be re made and everything. I was so sorry and i still feel so bad about it! I apologize to anyone who suffered because i royally messed up!

Just ordered from here, we received an email saying our pizza was on the way @ 9:41pm and should arrive by 10pm. I called at 10:10pm a very nice man answered the phone seemed to care and try to figure out where my order was. Said was a new driver and if not there in another 5 minutes call back. Sooooo… I waited till 10:20 pm still no pizza. In fear it would just be cold and gross by now I called back. The woman answering the phone was completely opposite of the man and started yelling at me off the bat stating they have a 45 minute to an hour time frame to deliver the pizza after it leaves the building and somehow I should have already known this (even though the email said 10:00pm?) Also told me she could end the call at any time? Which is fine but how does that solve anything? Anyway the pizza came while on the phone with her. 50 minutes after leaving their store and Luke warm! Oh and the sauces you made us pay for the bread? Nope! Not there! Please let your employees know, you are not the only pizza delivery joint around and treating your customers like dirt only takes from your pockets! Maybe not advertise so much and train your employees on CUSTOMER SERVICE, or maybe not put them on the phone, then deliver cold pizza and no sauces! Waste of time and money!

Is ½ star available? I am .5 miles away from the store. Monica Left the store at 7:18 PM This is the 2^nd time I have ordered and taken more than 30 mins just to deliver. finally arrived at 7:47 pm I live ½ mile away. The pizza is cold and looks bad. It is not good. the temp is 102 deg the bread sticks are at 115. the salad is warm. The driver lied and stated that she was trying to contact me for 10 mins. I had friends arrive 5 mins before her and say that no driver was in front of the building. I should have ordered from somewhere else. I do not know the quality of the food. I no longer want to eat this garbage. My guests are trying to talk me out of returning this. I still tipped $ 3. any other time I would have tipped $ 7.

I have to say, I’m not a huge fan of chain pizza places but when we want cheap and quick, we go to Dominos. They have definitely stepped up their game as a company. Their pizzas are pretty tasty and their pastas are good.
This particular store is fast and accurate. The food is delivered hot and fresh. I’m a fan. If only all chain pizza places could say the same. Good job, y’all!

Okay, I’ll be honest. This review has very little to do with our pizza (which was fine, but nothing out of the ordinary). This review is all about the delivery guy (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name!).
We were staying at the Hotel Murano, which had a false fire alarm. And they stopped our room service order without telling us. However, when we had been walking up the 14 flights to our room (because they shut down all the elevators), we passed a Domino’s guy who was clearly still making food happen for people. We ended up ordering Domino’s about an hour later, and we saw the same guy. And he had been up and down all those stairs at least twice since we had seen him last. He was a total star, and was so sweet. If the Domino’s management is reading this review you need to give this guy a raise! He was working so hard that night! It was very late Friday night, ¹¹⁄₁₄.

I always feel as though the quality is a priority with this location.

People are waiting in line for food trucks. Why an hour for salt & grease? Dominoes is the best spot in dt Tac for cheap, quick, made to order grub w/​takeout. Go for Xtra provolone!

This place has gotten a lot better. Still pretty mediocre, but it used to be MISERABLE.

Good pizza good service nice staff and a good place to bring friends and family

30 mins. or less has gone the way of the dodo and most would think that this would be a good thing. The ads say they are slowing things down to improve quality, but my experience today was the worst damn food I have eaten in a long time
It is my opinion that they are trying to do to much and that they should just go back to doing what they know… pizza. This is my families and I second bad experience with them and there will not be a next time for us.
