This is for chc dental East 44th street. The dentists and assistants are wonderful but the curly hair mexican at the front desk screamed at me, called me a liar about having insurance and wouldn’t let me call the company myself. She continuously rolled her eyes every time I spoke, then held my 6 year old hostage. They finally found it when I was ALLOWED to speak to billing. I was 45 minutes late picking up my 13 year old from school because of the hour delay. I was scared of her. I hadn’t done anything wrong but was treated like I had.
If you have insurance, maybe go elsewhere.
