Decided to write a review for Cedar Court, because they deserve a positive one. My husband and I have been a part of this community for over a year now. Happy to have found a nice place to call home in Tacoma. My husband commutes to Seattle for work, so we are super happy that we are located right next to the express way. Its really the perfect location. We are close to the mall, which I love, and downtown is only a 10 minute drive. The community is gated, and we have not had any issues at all since we’ve been here. Overall, happy we found this. Thanks! :)

It’s great if you’re cool with being woken up by people freaking out about their cars being towed at all hours of the night. Never having a place to park, unless you want to pay extra to be able to park in your own complex where you pay to live at in the first place. If you have a budget for towing fees. If your alright with your appliances sucking from the day you move in. Rude staff who talk to you like you’re stupid when you’re simply trying to address an issue. Spiders. Terrible floor plans. Having to walk across the entire complex every time you need to take out your trash. Living next to the Tacoma Mall, having high traffic, loud, loitering on streets. If you’re alright with parking your car across the street, from the mall keep in mind, praying to god it doesn’t get broken into. But don’t forget to move you’re vehicle by 9AM or you will get towed for that too. If you have flawless parking skills to fit into the spaces that are open, it’s your«lucky» day if you do. If you’re skinny enough to squeeze out of your door. Prey you don’t need to put anything in with you. Small gym. Also maintenance that let’s themselves in to your home. Welcome to cedar court!
