Friendly staff, well-kept facilities and a good cause I’ve been able to donate twice here — each time the staff have been friendly from the moment of walking and throughout the whole process. I’ve been especially appreciative of the effort they go into helping both in preparing for donation(calling the day before to confirm) and the little check-ins while blood is being drawn. They’re cheerful and conversational throughout, which is an extra treat. If you’re able and inclined to give blood, you won’t regret choosing these folks as the place to go.

I’ve only donated blood here a few times but it will be my regular place since moving to WA. Previously I donated to the Red Cross in Alabama. I haven’t made appointments, just walked-in when it was time to donate and I am always promptly seen. You have your usual form to fill out and health screening and then you’re good to go. It usually takes me about 5 minutes to donate. They have lots of juices, milk, cookies, and other snacks for after you donate. Go donate! I’m O– so the 10 minute drive I have every 8 weeks is nothing compared to knowing that I could be helping someone. I’ve been doing it for almost 10 years and will continue to do it as long as I can. Recently had my platelets tested so I will start donating them soon.

Staff are friendly and this is the place where I go to donate blood! Whenever I can, I go and donate! You even get phone calls of when you are able to donate again. I forget about how long you would have to wait to donate again. Juice and snacks after you donate! Before you are able to donate, you have to fill out a questionnaire to see if you are okay to donate and then they check to make sure that you have enough iron too. After you pass the«tests» you can donate. It typically takes about 6 to 7 minutes average when donating blood.
