I have been to Carquest twice, both on busy Saturdays. Carquest shares a shopping plaza with the Tacoma Goodwill and with Hancock Fabrics, both of which draw a lot of customers any given weekend.
All I needed was a battery check. Both times I went in to ask, there was only 1 staff person on duty, and they were either untrained or somehow unable to check my battery for me. I was going there because of the convenience of being near the fabric store, but I’d rather drive somewhere else where I know I’ll get the help I need immediately.
